The cardamom is known as a kind of spice used in Indian cooking. It is one of the main elements of Arabic coffee. Cardamom has great healing properties. It helps to ease the digestive problems, making it more than just an aromatic addition to Arabic coffee. It is considered the most valuable spices in the world because of its rich aroma and rich therapeutic properties if used in enough amounts.

The cardamom is grown in only a few places in the world, including Sri Lanka, China, Laos, Nepal, Vietnam, India, and Guatemala, and it’s found in some of the rich wild soils of some South Asian forests. Some countries have grown and exported cardamom as a source of national income "like India" because of the comfort of promoting it, as the cardamom contains a variety of substantial reserves such as calcium, sulfur, and phosphorus. It also contains volatile oil made up of acetic acid. This volatile oil, which accounts for about 5 % of the mass of the seed of cardamom, and it has many aromatic and medicinal properties, which gives the cardamom a great value.

Many scientific studies confirm that cardamom oil acts as a sedative and anti-convulsive and helps to improve the condition of the human digestive system and react negatively with uncomfortable stimuli.
