  1.  Add tea to milk in vessel over low heat. Use 4 teaspoons loose leaf or 4 tea bags for every 3 tea cups. When making a single cup, use 2 tea-spoons loose/2 bags.
  1. Once added, blending the tea repeatedly. Don’t leave.  Use low heat to swill gradually and to stop furiously dangerous hot milky overflow.
  1.  The milk will finally boil into frothy bubbles. You will notice that the color has changed from white to a caramel cream.
  1.  Remove it from heat.  It will still bear to pervade. The rougher you want it, the more you should heat it. I found this way more strong than coffee and equal to two Red Bulls as is.  So consuming it too late in the day might not be a good idea if you have any remote wish to go to bed on time. However, if you want to be speed racing Formula 1 cars on two legs, by all means, knock yourself out and return to stove to reduce and further infuse.
  1.  However, the rest of us simply eliminate, allow the tea to settle a bit then strain. As it cools it also thick ends into a delicious richness
  1.  Place your tea tray as informally or formally as you wish. This was a light, casual meeting of sister friends and while both our host and the lady who made this karak chai are the queens of formal entertainment, this was only a relaxed gathering with no need for formalities or the requisite opulence.
  1.  If wanted, add sugar to taste and serve directly.  This makes a great post meal pick-me-up especially after the familiar exhaustion of over tolerance. Or simply just a great way to start your morning or make it over a long day. You can serve at the end of your brunch for a lovely striking, Arabian touch.
